Shipping Times and Policies --

-- Order Processing Time - Most items require 1 to 2 business days for processing. This is the amount of time needed to prepare your order for shipping. This time is in addition to the amount of time needed to actually ship your order. Selecting expedited or rush shipping does not shorten the order processing timen However, rush orders are given priority. Selecting expedited or rush shipping only shortens the amount of time it takes your order to ship from us to you.

-- Express shipping orders need to be placed before 11:00 AM Central Time in order to be shipped the same day.  Orders received after 11:00 AM May be processed the next day.  UPS does not deliver on Saturday, Sunday or Holidays. So, if you place your order on Thursday afternoon, it should be shipped on Friday and you should receive it on Monday.

**Let us know if you have a specific deadline by which you need to receive your merchandise. We are here to help... If you have a deadline, contact us via email, and indicate your deadline in the "Comments" section at the "Check Out" point of your shopping cart. We will try our very best to work with you. But, we do not make any guarantees.

We use UPS/FedEx and USPS Real Time Shipping for added reliability and security. Shipping rates are calculated in real time by UPS and USPS. Shipping charges are based on the destination address, package size and weight. International customers are responsible for any customs charges, duties, tariffs, etc.

-- Special Orders - Made to Order and Custom Made Orders take longer to be ready to ship. Approximate order processing times are posted on our web sites for these items.

-- Shipping Time - This is the time it takes for your order to get to you, after it is shipped.

  • Standard Shipping - This is our standard shipping method. Shipping time is determined by where you are and which warehouse your order is shipped from. Normally 2 to 7 working days.
  • 3 Day Shipping - 3 working days
  • 2nd Day Shipping - 2 working days
  • Next Day Shipping - Next working day*
  • Priority Mail - 2 to 7 days.  Some items cannot ship by USPS
  • International ExpressMail
  • International Priority Mail

* We will only ship Next Day orders to the verified billing address of your credit card. This is to protect both of us agains credit card fraud.

The above information is a guideline only. Many circumstances that are out of our control, can delay your order, such as weather, holidays, workload, back orders, etc. If you need your order by a certain date, please let us know. In some cases, we may be able to speed up the order processing times and determine the best shipping method, so you get your order when you need it.

Depending on what merchandise the order is placed for different items may ship from different warehouses resulting in multiple shipments. We have warehouse located throughout the US & Canada. There will be no additional shipping charges in this case. We will send tracking information if available but, all of the warehouses are not set to send this information.

Merchandise from the following suppliers is either made to order or must be ordered in so, will require approximately 5 business days before your order will be shipped.

International Shipping -

We are able to ship most items to some countries, but there are certain items that we will not be able to ship and certain countries we will not ship to so, please check with us if you have a question regarding a particular item or country send us the question by e-mail

Please be aware, according to rules with Visa, MasterCard, Discover/Novus & American Express we can NOT shipping to an address other than the one listed with your credit card company. We can only ship to the address that is listed with the credit card company as your billing address.

The address & phone # you provided us with MUST match what is on file with your credit card company(address where you receive you bill).  We will attempt to verify this information. If we cannot verify this information we will automatically cancel you order.   Once address is confirmed the order is placed with our warehouse.  Only our local warehouse ships internationally so in many cases merchandise must be transfer to the local warehouse before shipping actually occurs.  This process usually takes approximately 1 week.  Then the order would be shipped according to the shipping you selected when the order was placed.

Can I cancel and order?

You can cancel an order before being processed by the shipping department.
There will be a 5% cancelation fee.

Can I return them?

Personal items (Adult Toys & body jewelry) are not returnable because of health regulations.
Defective items will be replaced at no extra charge.

You are welcome to return items you purchased with exceptions.

  • Returns: If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase from Affections you may return it to us within 30 days for a full refund of the purchase price. Please see exceptions below.
  • Return guidelines:
  • You must WRITE or CALL us (1-972-377-8860) within five days of receipt of your order to obtain a return authorization number. Orders returned without an authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee.
  • Merchandise must be returned in the condition you received it, complete with original packaging. Merchandise must be unworn or unused.
  • Shipping and Handling charges are not refundable.
  • After 30 days, only the manufacturer's warranty will apply.
  • After 30 days, all sales are final.
  • When trying items on if the item includes a g-string, thong, or stockings please do not try that part of the item on.  We cannot accept the it back as an exchange or return.
    When requesting an exchange or return the whole set has to be returned together with the tags, box, or bag the individual item was packaged in.  This does not include the mailing package.
  • Exceptions (non returnable items)
    - Custom made items are not returnable unless defective, and then for replacement only.
    - Underwear, body stockings and swim wear, are not returnable unless defective because of health regulations. Defective items will be replaced at no extra charge.
    - Personal items (Adult Toys & body jewelry) are not returnable because of health reasons. Defective items will be replaced at no extra charge.
    - There are no refunds on any open liquid or cream products.
    - Video tapes and DVD's may only be returned for replacement if defective.
    - Body Jewelry may only be returned if defective.

We MUST receive your merchandise along with the RMA number written on the outside of the package within 15 days from the date of the RMA #. Unauthorized returns, returns without a RMA #, or returns that are received later than 15 days after the RMA # was issued are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Any package returned as unclaimed or undeliverable will be charge a 25% restocking fee.  Shipping is not refundable after a package has shipped. If the original order was shipped with free shipping, our actual shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
